With 8 years of experience in the beauty industry, Viviana is dedicated to helping her clients achieve radiant, healthy skin and perfectly shaped brows. As a specialist in problematic skin and anti-aging treatments, she focuses on addressing concerns such as acne, uneven skin texture, and signs of aging. Her expertise includes tailored facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and customized skincare treatments designed to restore balance, youthfulness, and confidence to your skin.

Carrie Bisgrove is a board-certified emergency room nurse and certified aesthetic nurse specialist. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Francis in 1999. After a 6-month internship at Edward Hospital in Naperville, Carrie has dedicated 21 years to working in emergency care.

Her passion for aesthetics led her to work at the Kovak Dermatology and Laser Institute, where she performed facial laser treatments, CoolSculpting, and chemical peels. She then pursued her dream of becoming a Cosmetic Nurse Specialist, training under Dr. Bryan Rubach at the Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery. Carrie completed her basic and advanced training with the Aesthetic Advancements Institute and has since worked with top plastic surgeons in the Chicagoland area. Currently, she maintains a high-volume injectable practice at The Michael Horn Center for Cosmetic Surgery.

With nearly a decade of experience in aesthetic nursing, Carrie specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation using her distinctive injection techniques. She believes in evidence-based practices for achieving beautiful, natural results and continuously trains with industry leaders like Allergan, Galderma, and Evolus. Carrie’s goal is to provide personalized treatment plans in a welcoming environment, enhancing her clients’ innate beauty.
