Book a SessionGuided meditation, with help.
BrainTap is a meditation headset that combines three things: light pulses delivered through closed eyelids, audio frequencies (often described as brainwave entrainment), and a recorded guided session. Together, the inputs are designed to make it easier to settle into relaxation, focus, or sleep states, even for people who find traditional meditation difficult.
Research on guided meditation and brainwave entrainment is suggestive rather than conclusive. We treat BrainTap as a supportive tool that may help with relaxation, sleep, focus, and stress recovery, not a treatment for any specific condition.
- + Twenty-minute guided sessions
- + Light, sound, and recorded audio combined
- + Easier entry point than traditional meditation
- + Library of sessions: sleep, focus, recovery, stress
- + Pairs naturally with HBOT and sauna
Where BrainTap fits.
Stress & Nervous-System Recovery
A 20-minute BrainTap session may help shift you out of a busy sympathetic state and into something closer to parasympathetic recovery. It’s a low-effort way to take a real break in the middle of a stressful day or week.
- Twenty-minute reset
- May support relaxation response
- Useful between back-to-back demands
Sleep Support
Specific BrainTap sessions are built around helping you wind down before sleep or recover sleep quality after a stressful period. Research on brainwave entrainment for sleep is still developing, but it’s one of the most common reasons clients return.
- Sleep-specific session library
- Research suggests potential support
- Hedged claim, not a sleep aid
Focus & Mental Recovery
Different sessions target focus and clarity rather than relaxation. Useful as a midday reset, between meetings, or as part of a broader stress recovery routine. As with all of this, individual response varies and we’ll be honest about that.
- Targeted focus sessions
- Midday reset option
- Pairs well with sauna or HBOT
BrainTap with HBOT and sauna.
BrainTap doesn’t replace anything; it stacks. The most common pairing pattern we see is BrainTap added to an existing recovery visit so the nervous system gets the same attention as the body.
Solo BrainTap
Drop in, run a session, walk out. Useful as a standalone reset on a high-stress day, before a difficult meeting, or as a wind-down before sleep. Easy to slot into a lunch break.
- · Twenty-minute single session
- · No prep, no downtime
- · Easy lunch-break option
- · Standalone or repeated
Stacked With Sauna or HBOT
Run a BrainTap session before or during an infrared sauna visit, or pair it with an HBOT session. The combo gives both the body and the nervous system dedicated recovery time in a single appointment.
- · Run during sauna sessions
- · Pair with HBOT recovery
- · Single appointment, two inputs
- · Common pattern for stressed clients
New to recovery work? A single BrainTap session is a low-commitment way to feel what nervous-system recovery actually means. Many clients add it to a sauna or HBOT visit after their first try.
