BrainTap is a meditation headset that combines three things: light pulses delivered through closed eyelids, audio frequencies (often described as brainwave entrainment), and a recorded guided session. Together, the inputs are designed to make it easier to settle into relaxation, focus, or sleep states, even for people who find traditional meditation difficult.

How BrainTap Works

Light Pulses

Gentle light pulses delivered through closed eyelids via the visor. One of three inputs designed to help the brain settle into a target state.

Audio Frequencies

Audio frequencies (sometimes called brainwave entrainment) through headphones. Research is suggestive, not conclusive, and we frame it as a supportive input.

Guided Narration

A recorded guided session organized by goal: relaxation, sleep prep, focus, stress recovery, or energy. Pick the one that fits the day.

Twenty-Minute Reset

Sessions run about 20 minutes. Low effort, no learning curve. A practical entry point for clients who find traditional meditation hard to stick with.

You’ll be set up in a quiet, dedicated space. Comfortable seat, dim lighting, headset and visor ready.

Sessions are organized by goal: relaxation, sleep prep, focus, stress recovery, energy. Staff can recommend a starting point if you’re new.

Twenty Minutes Of Input
Close your eyes, breathe, and let the session run. Light pulses through closed eyelids, audio frequencies through headphones, guided narration where applicable.

Walk Out Lighter
Sessions end, you take a beat, and you’re done. No downtime. Most clients return to normal activity feeling noticeably calmer or sharper.
