The staff is so welcoming and made the whole process super smooth—way easier than I ever imagined. And the results? Total game-changer. No more dealing with razor burn or ingrown hairs; it’s just been such a relief. If you’re on the fence, seriously, just go for it. And while you’re there, check out their cryochamber—it’s like stepping into an energy boost that feels like a B12 shot but in just 3 minutes (and apparently burns a ton of calories (700ish) in minutes while your in there). This place is the real deal - like a wellness playground!

Great new place! Ive always been hesitant to visit a spa, especially as a guy, but this new med spa completely changed that for me. A friend recommended it, so I decided to check it out. Just visit here recently.The lady that did my service was Viviana Barch. She did an excellent job! It was my first time ever getting a facial and I was a little confused on the whole thing. But Viviana made her space feel like a safe space. She was so sweet and patient with me. My skin was not doing so well and I was using not good products. But Viviana came to save the day. She did wonders to my skin, and recommended lots of great products. Ever since I saw her my skin has been glowing and never been this clear before. All thanks to her! I really recommend her, she’s the best you’ll ever have!

Defiant is truly awesome. The owners and staff know their stuff and provide an excellent experience. The ambiance sets the tone as soon as you walk in. Viviana who runs the aesthetics department can handle anything skin related, and is very pleasant. Her clients results speak for themselves. So many offerings for the guys with test therapy, cryo, and IV’s. Oh yeah… they have physical therapy there too. This place is truly a one stop shop for everyone.
